Youth Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Yucca Palm Youth Ambassador. This is a stipend role that involves Restorative Circle facilitation and requires candidates to have a strong aptitude for social justice.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Restorative Circles in a sensitive and effective manner, ensuring that all participants feel heard and valued.

• Act as a liaison between the youth community and the organization, advocating for social justice and promoting positive change.

• Collaborate with community organizations and leaders to organize and execute events that promote social awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion and commitment to social justice and community advocacy.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of individuals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in restorative justice practices and youth advocacy is preferred.
